Varvara Gardens is located in the Famagusta district on the Eastern side of Cyprus. After approx 40 mins you will come to END OF MOTORWAY ..at this roundabout TURN LEFT Signposted Paralimni. Continue straight ahead to the next Roundabout. Continue straight ahead.At the next roundabout, get in the right hand lane and Turn right.Continue to the next roundabout and continue straight ahead.Continue ahead down the hill, until you reach the Traffic Lights. At the Traffic Lights turn left. Continue straight ahead for approximately 1km to the roundabout. At the roundabout continue straight ahead passing bars and restaurants. At the Amore Hotel TURN LEFT.Continue until up this road until you reach a dead end. Immediatley turn right, after 300 yards you will reach the entrance to Varvara Gardens on your left. Turn left into the parking area. You have arrived at your destination.

Payment Policy: A 15% deposit is required within 7 days of booking. A 100% deposit is required if your booking date is within 28 days of arrival. The final balance is due 28 days prior to arrival. If you have not contacted us then we will collect the final balance using the card details already provided. Failure to pay your final balance within 28 days of arrival may result in cancellation of your booking and the loss of your deposit. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of your booking will result in loss of deposit in all cases. Cancellation of your booking within 28 days of arrival will result in payment of 50% of the total booking value. Any amount already paid above 50% of the booking value will be returned. Rules: Keys are provided to the guest for a property on the understanding that they are responsible for it whilst they are staying in it. There will be a charge for any lost keys and you will be responsible for any other expenses in relation to replacing locks, locksmith call out charges etc. We will deliver to you all the information you need by email prior to arrival. It is important that you follow the instructions we provide to avoid confusion - please read them. It is your responsibility to keep us informed of changes to your email address and/or telephone numbers and any flight information you have provided to us. Check-in after 16.00 and departure by 11.00. (These times may be flexible). Late Check-out may be possible but must be agreed with us before the date of departure. Late departures may be subject to a "late departure fee". Upon check in credit card details will be taken to cover any accidental damage which may occur during your stay.
