Spacious Villa Situated in Rural Setting in the Outskirts of Village Le Paradou This spacious holiday villa is situated in a rural setting in the outskirts of the village Le Paradou. Le Paradou is situated right next to the beautiful, bustling village Maussane-les-Alpilles with its numerous coffee shops, restaurants and small boutiques. The villa is ideally situated if you want to discover the Alpilles regional nature parc (Parc naturel regional des Alpilles), the Luberon and the Camargue. Your holiday rental is a spacious, recently built villa with air condition.

You will appreciate the rural setting and the calm, the roofed terrace (dining table and built-in BBQ), the spacious garden and the swimming pool (5 m by 10 m, depth: 1,30 - 1,80 m) with deckchairs and a pool shower.

On the ground floor, you find the fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, refrigerator, freezer, induction hot plates, dish washer, coffee maker, toaster) and the dining room. Both have French doors and open onto the terrace, the garden and the swimming pool. Next to the dining room you find the living room (TV with international channels, stereo), which also opens onto the terrace. Moreover, a spacious bedroom (double bed 160 cm), a modern bathroom (shower and a bath tub) and a separate WC are available on the ground floor.

The first floor offers a bathroom (identical to the one downstairs), a separate WC and two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (140 cm) and offers a lovely view on the garden and the swimming pool. The other one has a single bed (90 cm).

Three protected parking spaces are available in front of the house (electric gate). Well-educated animals may be accommodated on request. A bakery and other small shops can be found about 1 km away. A super market is available about 10 km away. Please note there is a watering basin in the garden, hidden behind trees. This basin is not protected at all (no fence or alarm device), which makes the house inappropriate for holidays with small children.
