Look out of the huge windows and let the magnificent views take your breath away. Step out onto the oversize open balconies and listen to the sound of the surf. Sit out on your front patio, which is right on the gulf, and enjoy your morning coffee and newspaper while the dolphins frolic in the surf! And should you crave some more conventional entertainment, there's always high-speed wireless internet access, cable TV, and a DVD and VHS player.

Rates include everything except Alabama state sales tax, a $45 damage waiver (gives you $1500 worth of accidental damage coverage during your stay), and a small house cleaning fee of $75. We employ a professional linen service for a charge of $25/bedroom + $10/bathroom which includes all your linens, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels and even little soaps at all of the sinks. There is also a small amount of clothes detergent, dish liquid and dish washer soap. For your convenience, I can also offer optional trip insurance from AIG, a AAAAA rated insurance company (highly recommended to protect your investment!).
