You will find the bedrooms to be equipped with a king size bed, queen size bed, bunk size bed, and a queen sofa sleeper. You will not miss your favorite cuisines while staying in our Panama City Beach FL vacation rental as we have a fully equipped kitchen which is capable of meeting your culinary demands. The dining hall with a dining table and four dining seats offers panoramic beach view making your dinner more enchanting. We also have a separate breakfast bar in our condo. Our bathrooms are fitted with modern accessories including bath tub, spa bath, jetted tub, walk- in- shower and shower.
You will not miss your weekend soccer or music shows as we have installed flat screen TVs, 2 TVs, 2 DVD players, and cable TV in our Panama City Beach condo rental. You can enjoy a swim in the community swimming pol o the community hot tub in the early mornings or late evenings. Payment Policy: Rates are in US Dollars.
Payment Policy: DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT – A damage/reservation deposit of $300 is required. This must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the condition of unit and terms of checkout are met. PAYMENT – An advance payment equal to first and last month's rent is required. Please make payments in the form of personal check, bank money orders or cashier’s checks payable to Beach Resorts, LLC. Cancellation Policy: A ninety (90) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date forfeit the reservation deposit, unless the unit is re-rented. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the advance rent and deposit, unless the unit is re-rented. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit Rules: All on-site condo rules apply in addition to house rules. * This is a NON SMOKING unit. * Pets are NOT allowed * We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. * Please be respectful of our neighbors. No loud parties. No music outside after ten o’clock at night. You will lose the entire damage deposit if police are called and come to property for any disturbance. * Local calls are free. Please use your calling card or credit card for long distance. * All furniture should be in the same place as it was on arrival. * The kitchen should be clean, dishes washed, and refrigerator wiped down. * Air-conditioning should be set to 78 degrees in summer. The thermostat should be turned to 55 degrees during winter months. * All trash should be bagged and disposed of in garbage can. * Check under beds and furniture for all personal belongings. * Please close all blinds and curtains. Lock all windows and doors. * Leave keys on kitchen counter.
