Refundable Security Deposit $200 - $500 Rentals less than 28 nights subject to 11.5% tax A deposit equal to 50% of the total rental rate, cleaning fee, security deposit and city tax (If applicable), is due within 10 days of making your reservation. If your payment is not received within 10 days, your reservation may be canceled without further notice. The remaining balance will be due for payment within 14 days prior to your arrival. For last minute reservations, or any reservation made within 30 days prior to arrival, payment in full is required. Payment must be made by guaranteed funds; Visa, Master or Discovery Card, cashiers check or money order. Personal checks cannot be accepted. 3% convenience fee for credit card payments. Must be at least 25yrs old to rent. Drivers' License or Proper ID Required. Cancellation Policy: If written notice is received 30 days prior to your arrival date, refunds of advanced payments will be refunded, less a $75 cancellation fee. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of your arrival date, any refund is subject to the ability to re-rent the property. Every effort will be made to re-rent the property. However, if the property is not re-rented, NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED. If the property is re-rented, all monies received, less a $75 cancellation fee will be refunded. NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED IN THE CASE OF EARLY DEPARTURE. Rules: Condo Association Rules must be adhered as posted in the unit. No Smoking in the house. Smoking is only permitted on the patios. Dispose of cigarette butts properly No Pets. No music or loud voices outside after 10pm. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
