This house is suitable for 11 - 12 adults plus 2 babies. The total (living) area of the dwelling is approximately 240 m2. The structure is as follows: on the ground floor there is: a spacious living room with sitting area, TV, CD / radio, DVD player, DVDs, books, games and an adjacent dining area. There is a kitchen equipped with a ceramic cooker, oven, extraction fan, fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, blender, juicer, washing machine (dryer) and iron. There is one bedroom on the ground floor which is furnished with a double bed of 140x200. In the bathroom you will find a massage shower and sink. The toilet is located in a separate room. The garden (96m2) contains a terrace, garden table, 12 chairs and a barbecue. On the first floor there is a bedroom furnished with a double bed (140x200), a single bed (which can be folded) and a baby bed (chair). The other bedroom on the first floor is furnished with 2 single beds and a baby bed. There is a bathroom with a sink, changing table, spa bath / shower and infrared sauna with light therapy. The shower room is equipped with a sink and shower. The toilet is located in a separate room.
The layout of the second floor is as follows: a bedroom furnished with three single beds (85x200) and another bedroom furnished with two single beds (85x200). This floor has a separate toilet as well.
All beds have pillows and duvets. For the beds which can be folded there are blankets and pillows available. If bed linen cannot be rented, please bring your own.
