Payment Policy: Rates are in Euros.
Payments will be made as follows: 1/3 of the total will be required at the time of booking, the balance is paid during the guests’ stay. Payments may be made through the following methods: a bank transfer or an online transfer made out to Di Matteo Giuseppe or a national or international postal order sent to the beneficiary’s address. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation will be accepted only if notified at least three weeks prior to the beginning of the booked period. In such cases 50% of the advance will be paid back. No such refund will be paid in the case of bookings for the months of July and August, as well as for Christmas, New Year's day, Easter and the weekend around May 1st. Rules: The rates shown are per person per day and are subject to change without prior notice. Guests must book the apartment for a period of at least one week beginning on a Saturday and ending on another Saturday. The apartment will be available from arrival day between 16:00 and 20:00 until departure day at 10:00 a.m. Should they arrive later or leave earlier than the arrival or departure dates originally notified, guests will still be charged the full price for the booked period. Discounts will apply in the case of groups of at least 5 persons or in case guests book an apartment for more than two weeks.
