Visitors have use of the owner's heated outdoor swimming pool and there are plenty of scenic walks and cycle rides in the area. The Nine Meres of Ellesmere are nearby and in the town you can find a variety of shops and pubs.

Oil filled electric heaters throughout, woodburner in living room. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, colour TV with Freeview, DVD player, stereo/CD player etc. Electricity charged from coin meter. Starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent (please bring own swimming towels). Shared use of owner's outdoor heated swimming pool (available August only). Cot, highchair & stairgate available on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike shed storage. Private lawned garden with raised decking & furniture. BBQ. Sorry, no pets & no smoking. Shop & pub 1.5 miles. Note: First floor bedroom accessed via steep stairs - not suitable for the less mobile or very young children. Note: Children must be supervised around the swimming pool. Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Sat'.
