Ref 4657 Videomare Cottage is a cosy detached bungalow in half an acre of garden, in a rural location 5 miles from Oughterard. There is a double bedroom, a room with bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom, and also a house bathroom. There is a kitchen with a dining area, and a sitting room leading to a summer area with picture window and lovely views. Outside, relax in the garden and take in the views. There is off road parking for four cars. Lough Corrib is a few hundred yards away from Videomare Cottage, which makes for a peaceful year-round base. Please note: No television.

Full oil central heating, additional immersion for hot water, open fires in kitchen & sitting room. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, radio/cassette, books/cassettes. Fuel, power & starter pack for open fires inc. in rent. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Cot & highchair by arrangement. Off road parking for 4 cars. Mountain bike storage. Gardens to all sides with patio, furniture & BBQ. Sorry, no pets & no smoking. Shops, pubs & restaurants 5 miles. Note: No TV. Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Sat'.
