Located in the premier resort community of Vista Cay, Paradise Vista, a Orlando, Florida vacation rental, offers refreshing views of a beautiful freshwater lake. With close proximity to golfing greens, Disney World, amusement parks, shopping hubs and superb restaurants, this condo is ideal for memorable family vacations.
Our 3 bedroom condo rental in Orlando can easily accommodate up to eight guests. It features an en-suite master bedroom with king-size bed, double sinks, a garden tub and a separate shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. All the bedrooms are fitted with TVs with cable and HBO. There is a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room for extra guests. Our kitchen is fully equipped and there is breakfast bar as well.
The expansive living room comes tastefully decorated with designer furnishings. It looks bright and airy due to the large window. There is a TV, cable TV and high speed Internet access for your amusement. The spacious walk-out balcony in this Orlando vacation rental condo has plenty of space for outdoor dining. You can also see the fireworks at SeaWorld from the balcony. The community offers a swimming pool and a clubhouse, which you can take advantage of.
During your stay at our Orlando condo near Disney World, you can save on time while exploring the world famous attractions like SeaWorld, Universal Studios and Busch Gardens. For avid golfers, there are numerous golf courses within an easy reach of this Orlando condo rental. Water sports enthusiasts can visit the nearby lake for indulging in their passion.

A non-refundable reservation deposit of 20% of the total amount with a minimum of $250 is due at the time of making the reservation. The balance is due no later than 6 weeks prior to your arrival. A copy of a valid driver's license for person who has made the reservation will be needed for verification. US Residents - if full rental payment is not collected at time of reservation, the balance payment by personal check or credit card must be received 60 days prior to arrival, in order for funds to clear. There is a $50 fee for insufficient funds returned checks.
Please note: There is a 3.5% service fee of the total amount charged, when paying by credit card. Cancellation Policy: If the balance due remains unpaid for 4 weeks prior to arrival, the owner reserves the right to cancel the booking, and the reservation deposit will be forfeited. If reservation is cancelled within 30-45 days of arrival date the full rental amount will not be returned unless the owner is able to re-rent the property for the same period of time. If within 30 days of arrival, the full rental balance and deposit will be forfeited. We reserve the right to cancel a booking. This includes but is not limited to specific property owner arrival, double booking, or maintenance issues. In this case any fees will be refunded. As in a late arrival or early departure - there can be NO credit or refunds for non-used days of your paid reservation period. All cancellations must be in writing. Rules: Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Early Check In and Late Check-Out based upon availability. Note, for check-in the person registering must be 21 or over. We require a valid driver’s license or another form of photo ID and a valid credit card. Codes cannot be handed out without a valid credit card and photo ID.
