This house is beautiful as well as comfortable. There is a living (and dining) room, a large kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, a covered courtyard with a washing machine and dryer and a separate office area. All possible conveniences and amenities are available (only no dishwasher). The living room is equipped with air-conditioning, a satellite TV (also with TV Vlaanderen Netherlands 1, 2 and 3 plus regional channels), gas central heating, potable water and wireless internet. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the second has two single beds. Both bedrooms have ample cupboard space.

Getting there
This house is located in Orihuela Costa, on the Costa Blanca (60 km south of Alicante). This very quiet urbanization lies just 3.5 km from the exit of the motorway and only 4 km from the sea.
The house faces south which means you can enjoy the sun all day! Because the accommodation is located on the ground floor, there is plenty of room around the house: a covered patio of 20m² with an awning at the front and even a large corner terrace (30m² free space) on the side with plants and a garden house. The fenced patio and terrace ensures privacy.
The house is just 75 meters from a communal pool. Thus you do not have to go to the sea for a swim or refreshing dip. For privacy, the pool is fenced, and there is plenty of room for sunbathing on the loungers.
On the coast you will find several sandy beaches, sometimes situated in small bays (callas). These beaches are cleaned every day and they are monitored. They have received the coveted Blue Flag label. Three large and famous golf courses are located in the immediate vicinity. Within a 3 km radius there are no less than 14 supermarkets.
Alicante airport (El Altet) is 60 km away, the airport of Murcia (San Javier) is less than 25km.
