A deposit of 25% is due for booking. Full payment is due at the arrival.
Personal checks, money orders, traveler’s checks and Paypal are accepted forms of payment.
A security deposit of $300 is asked at the arrival, and will be returned within 10 business days of departure if there are no damages. Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00 from the booking deposit. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of 50% of the booking deposit.There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
