Roveagh House Ref 8893 Roveagh House is a detached cottage situated two miles from the village of Kilcolgan and seven miles from Oranmore in County Galway. Boasting a thatched roof, this cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms consisting of one ground floor single, one double and one family room with a double and single bed, as well as a family bathroom and a ground floor family shower room. The rest of the cottage is made up of a fitted kitchen with dining area, a sun room with woodburner and a sitting room also with a woodburner. Outside, this cottage has off road parking for three cars and a lawned garden with pond, furniture and BBQ, as well as a raised decked area with furniture. Roveagh is perfect for those wishing to experience a traditional Irish holiday within a wonderful area.

Full oil fired central heating with additional heating from woodburners in sitting room and sun room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV, DVD. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Lawned garden with pond, furniture and BBQ. Decked area with furniture. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: All children and pets to be well supervised due to unfenced pond. Note: The owner’s artist studio is next to this Galway cottage, and will provide painting classes at an additional charge. Contact the owner for further information. Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Sat'.
