If you are avoiding the crowds and want your very own secluded beach at an affordable price... then... look no further, because you've found it.

Goodwyn has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate 4 comfortably. It can accommodate 2 more by using a pull out couch located in the living room. There is an extra charge of US$10.00 per person per night for the extra people.

Bedroom #1: has in a pair of twin beds and has a ceiling fan Bedroom #2: has in a queen size bed with air conditioning. There are 2 portable oscillating fans that can be used as well.

Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, iron and ironing board, stove, refrigerator, washing machine, good quality stainless steel pots and pans, dishes, etc.

Living Room: several living room chairs and cocktail tables, with a pull out couch that can accommodate 2 extra people, TV, DVD player, CD/cassette/radio recorder.

Dining Room: table and chairs to seat 6 people.

Accommodation at Goodwyn is self-catering with a fully equipped kitchen, crockery, linen, towels, etc. There is a maid service twice weekly for the cleaning of the cottage (this does not include dish washing or personal laundry).

For your security all windows and doors are fully burglar proofed and a safety deposit box is available.

Goodwyn is centrally located to the large Supercentre supermarket just 2 minutes walk up the road. Public transport, restaurants and nightlife being only a mile away from St. Lawrence Gap. It is just 2 minutes walk to Oistins fish fry on Friday nights, which is a must on your vacation.

Goodwyn Beach Cottage is located on the Welches Beach on the south coast of Barbados. It is about 2 minutes walk from Oistins town.

Goodwyn is built in the traditional style of Barbados' architecture. It is extremely cool having a verandah that circles the house on 3 sides. It has a large open deck at the back which overlooks the beach, and this gives the house an unrestricted view of the south coast.
