50% due when reservations are made: Balance due 30 days prior to arrival: Towels&Linens Inc w/weekly rentals Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing to Joseph Durham. If the unit is re-rented for the original vacation agreement amount, guest will receive a refund of the advance rent less $100. If re-rented for less than the original rate, the guest will receive the advance rent less an amount necessary to make full payment to the owner. All refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of the re-rented advance rent payment. If the unit in not re-rented, no refund will be paid. Rules: No Pets No Smoking No Loud Music
