Ref 4063 The Old Stables is a 17th Century detached barn conversion in the grounds of Humblebee Hall and is surrounded by 70 acres, just outside the village of North Piddle in Worcestershire. The cottage contains one twin bedroom, one ground floor double and one king size double room with an ensuite shower room which with the addition of a family bathroom makes this cottage suitable for six people. There is also an additional shared outside shower room. The cottage also has a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a woodburning stove in an inglenook fireplace. Outside the cottage is a large mature garden with a private patio with garden furniture and a BBQ, shared use of a Wendy house and a tree house which can be used for sleeping in during the summer months. There is also off road parking for three cars and bike storage facilities. The Old Stables is part of a complex of holiday cottages and is in a lovely location for a relaxing holiday.

Full oil fired central heating, woodburner in sitting room. Electric oven & hob, microwave, fridge, (freezer, washing machine & tumble dryer in outside utility), dishwasher, flat screen colour TV, DVD, stereo/CD. All fuel & power inc. in rent. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Large mature garden with shared wendy house, private patio with furniture & BBQ, sleeping available in tree house (summer months only), please bring own bedding or sleeping bags. Off road parking for three cars. Cycle storage available. Sorry no smoking & no pets. Shop & pub 1 mile. No Telephone, No Smoking, Parking Available, Twin Bed, No Pets Allowed, Child Friendly, Washer/Dryer, Double Bed

Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Fri'.
