Ocean views from the top deck. The property has been remodeled from top to bottom and boasts new Armstrong Plank flooring, granite countertops, almost all new appliances, new exterior doors, new stairs and Trex decking, new vinyl railing. Upper level has a huge entertainment room with pool table, sitting area, large TV and mini-kitchen. The private pool has new furniture and a new privacy vinyl fence. There is a large storage area under house along with plenty of parking and a putting green.home is in excellent condition. However the size of this home and the short distance to beach make it perfect.
