Located in the heart of the Central Coast of California, halfway between Los Angeles and San Francisco, and five miles west of Hwy 101, our vacation rental in Nipomo is your excellent getaway. This three bedroom fully furnished retreat is spacious enough to accommodate up to six vacationers. There is a fully equipped kitchen to meet your culinary demands. There is a barbecue grill as well on the patio complete with tables, umbrella and chairs.
Condo is complete with wireless access to Internet with Charter, flat screen HD TV, with Star z and Encore. Phone is unlimited dial. The patio is perfect for relaxing in the evenings. There is a swimming pool and hot tub on-site. Sorry, no smoking. One condo is pet friendly...ask about this. Golf Discounts are available for on site guests. $45 is the current price seven days a week at both Black lake and Avila. Other courses also offer good discounts (Monarch Dunes, Cypress Ridge, Marshallia, Hunter Ranch) Good day trips north to Hearst Castle and south to Solvang or the Chumash Casino. Wineries are in abundance. The Central Coast is a beautiful area and a best kept secret. We have the best weather, average 69 degrees, according to the Jeopardy program two years ago; then we were put on the map by the movie "Sideways" - come and explore for yourselves.
Beautifully manicured golf courses are just short distance away. Ample opportunities are also available for you to indulge in exciting water sports including jet skiing, water skiing and fishing. You can also sample fine and varied cuisines at the nearby restaurants, cafes and diners. Bar and grill on site.
