Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in pounds sterling. We will send a paypal invoice once we recieve your booking. This may be paid by credit card, and in any currency. Your booking will be confirmed once we have received a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost of your accommodation. The remainder must be paid six weeks before the start of your holiday. If your holiday starts within six weeks of booking, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. We will send a reminder when the full amount is due. If the full amount is not received six weeks before your holiday starts, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain the deposit. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your booking at any time. Provided written cancellation of your booking is received at least 30 days before the start of your holiday, cancellation will incur the loss of the deposit only. If you cancel less than 30 days before the start of your holiday, we will try to re-let the property, and if we are successful will offer to refund all or part of the fee paid, less the deposit. We recommend that you obtain travel insurance. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking for essential repairs, maintenance, or any other event beyond our reasonable control, we will refund the total fee received for the booking.
