2 Bedroom Forest Cottage
Forest Cottage was once the chauffeur's cottage and is typical of a Victorian cottage. It has been extensively restored and includes original features such as the Edwardian feature fireplace and iron fireplaces in bedrooms. The cottage is attached to Forest Keep allowing both to interconnect through lockable doors.
An archway connects the sitting and dining rooms with solid oak flooring throughout. This room includes an ornate Edwardian fireplace and a bay window which looks out into the garden.
The dining room has a wood burning stove, ideal for creating a cosy atmosphere in winter and a door leads out to the hall and main entrance.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and built in electric oven and hob. Both the bathroom and shower room have electric towel rails and shaver points. There is a washing machine in the shared utility.
The private garden is to the front of the cottage next to the drive and has a lawned area with table and chairs. It is enclosed on three sides and there is plenty of room for a BBQ. £225 to £465 per week.
A deposit of 50% is payable within 5 days of making a booking else the booking will be cancelled.
The balance of the cost of the holiday is due 6 weeks before you arrive. No further reminders will be sent. Cancellation Policy: Once you have made a booking, you have entered into a legal contract, even if you have not paid a deposit.
The deposit is non-returnable.
If you cannot take your booking for whatever reason you should inform us immediately.
If you cannot take your booking we will try to re-let the cottage but if the cottage cannot be re-let you will be liable to pay the full cost of your booking, even if you cancel before paying the balance. Rules: Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
