The old safe has been used as a feature in the sitting room. The accommodation is all ground floor level, and there are three comfortable bedrooms, with the double room having an en-suite bathroom. The sitting room has a wood burner making the room warm and welcoming. The charming conservatory has a dining area and outside there is an enclosed paved area with seating. This lovely property offers a fabulous place to stay whilst on holiday in this beautiful region.

Full gas fired central heating throughout with additional heating from woodburning stove in sitting room. Electric oven & hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. Sky TV with DVD, video player and a library of DVDs/videos. Radio/CD player etc. Electricity inc. in rent. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Fenced paved area with garden furniture. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops & pubs 10 mins walk. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Sat'.
