Ref 8885 Tanpencefn Mawr is a cosy, semi-detached cottage with countryside views near to Newborough on the Isle of Anglesey. With two bedrooms, a double and a ground floor twin, the property sleeps four people comfortably. There is also a first floor bathroom, and open plan living accommodation on the ground floor. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a patio seating area to the front, as well as an enclosed rear lawn. Close to the coast and set on a working farm, Tanpencefn Mawr is a wonderful, country cottage on Anglesey.

Full LPG central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine in utility room, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD/video, CD/radio, selection of tapes, CDs and children's toys. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Off road parking for 2 cars. Storage for bikes. Patio seating area to front with furniture. Enclosed rear lawn with furniture. Eggs available to purchase from the owner. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub with food 1 mile, coast 2 miles. Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Fri'.
