3 Bedroom Direct Beachfront Condo at No-Drive Beach For your Florida Beach Vacation our condo offers a spacious condo right on an uncrowded beach. It has 3 bedrooms,3 baths, plus a queen sleeper. Direct east and north unobstructed views of the ocean and beach. A view of pool and tennis courts from balcony, LR, 3rd BD and kitchen. Our condo is located on the quiet, NON-DRIVING part of New Smyrna Beach. The unit has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, is completely furnished, on the 7th floor, NE corner. The balcony is covered, tiled, and open to both east and north. The views are breathtaking.
Total living area is a spacious 1706 square feet. This special Condo with east and north exposures offers unobstructed views of the ocean from the living room, dining area, kitchen, master bedroom and tiled balcony. Natural light brightens all rooms with plenty of windows and sliding glass doors. Everyone comments on the number of windows and the view. Lois and I often drink our coffee relaxing on the balcony while watching the sunrise. Access is convenient by two elevators and there are also stairs.
