Large and Gracious Garden District Apartment- Special Rate Of $300/ Night !!! This large and gracious apartment has the feel of old New Orleans, but with all modern amenities. The large eat-in kitchen was updated only a few years ago, with granite counters and stainless appliances. All 3 bathrooms were updated as well. The spacious entry hall, large dining room, and comfortable living room, with original hardwood floors and 14ft ceilings, make it is a truly delightful place to get together with friends and family.
We are only a short block from the St. Charles Streetcar, walking distance to Commander's Palace and Magazine Street, and just a short streetcar ride from the French Quarter. Payment Policy:
All rates are in US Dollars.
50% of fee is to be paid upon booking and is non-refundable. Balance of fee is due 1 month prior to booking and is likewise no-refundable. Cancellation Policy: Upon cancellation, 50% of payments made will be refunded if and only if the apartment is re-rented to another guest on the booked dates. Rules:
Owner Policies:
1) No pets.
2) No smoking in the apartment.
On Departure:
1) All furniture should be in the same place as it was on arrival.
2) The kitchen should be clean, dishes washed, and refrigerator wiped down.
3) The thermostat should be turned to 55 degrees during winter months. Air-conditioning should be set to 78 degrees.
4) All trash should be bagged and disposed of in garbage can.
5) Check under beds and furniture for all personal belongings.
6) Used linens should be removed from beds and placed in laundry room.
