Large & Gracious One Bedroom Apartment with Charm & Character- $150/ Nig Gracious 1 bedroom apartment, short block from St Charles St, close to Mardi Gras Parade route and St. Charles streetcar. We are a short trolley ride or a long walk from the French Quarter. Only blocks to Commanders Palace and Magazine Street.
This apartment is fully furnished, including linens, all utilities, satellite television, & Wireless Internet. The apartment includes central air-conditioning.The newly remodeled Kitchen includes pots and pans, plates and utensil, refrigerator with water and ice in the door, new range, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Payment Policy:
All rates are in US Dollars.
50% of fee is to be paid upon booking and is non-refundable.
Balance of fee is due 1 month prior to booking and is likewise no-refundable. Cancellation Policy: Upon cancellation, 50% of payments made will be refunded if and only if the apartment is re-rented to another guest on the booked dates. Rules:
Owner Policies:
1) No pets.
2) No smoking in the apartment.
On Departure:
1) All furniture should be in the same place as it was on arrival.
2) The kitchen should be clean, dishes washed, and refrigerator wiped down.
3) The thermostat should be turned to 55 degrees during winter months. Air-conditioning should be set to 78 degrees.
4) All trash should be bagged and disposed of in garbage can.
5) Check under beds and furniture for all personal belongings.
6) Used linens should be removed from beds and placed in laundry room.
