Holiday at Can y Mor - Immaculate Garden & Luxury Beach Hut yards Nefyn Beach *This dream bungalow perched on the clifftop just 55 yds above Nefyn beach, is surrounded by an immaculate garden from where a gate opens onto a path which leads down to the lovely bay. *The luxurious interior has wooden floors, a cosy sitting room with sofas, masses of cushions and an open fire for chilly evenings. *In a corner of the garden is a built-in barbecue and seating/eating area - perfect for outdoor eating and watching spectacular sunsets over the sea.
ACCOMMODATION:
3 Bedrooms sleeping maximum of 6. Master bedroom with Queen double bed and en-suite bathroom – bath with power shower over, washbasin and separate toilet, 2 double bedrooms. Travel cot on request. Family Bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and washbasin. Bedlinen and towels provided.
Kitchen well appointed & fully fitted with split level electric wall oven and separate grill, electric hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. Table and 3 chairs. High chair on request. Utility Room 2 washbasins, built in units with microwave, fridge/freezer & washing machine.
Sitting/Dining Room with open fireplace, ‘L’ shaped sofa seating 4, matching corner seat, TV/DVD, CD, dining table and chairs seating 6, picture window looking into sun room. Sun Room 3 wooden loungers with cushions, antique sofa and matching chairs.
*Grounds medium sized garden with lawns, borders, gate to beach path, barbecue and seating built into wall, dining table, garden furniture. Care with children please, not fully enclosed.
Fuel oil central heating inclusive May to September, £20 per week outside these dates. Starter pack of coal and logs.
