Payment Policy:

All rates are in Euros.

The price includes:

Applicable taxes and accommodation included.

Charges: Electricity included up to 50 kW / for 5 days (payment of additional costs EDF). Water payment rate. The end of stay cleaning is included. The presence of animals is allowed by agreement of the owner, an extra 5 euros per day is required. Sleeps maximum. Two (2) people (adults)

It is agreed that a statement of the leased premises (furniture, equipment, meters ...) will be the beginning and end of stay. Any loss or damage will result in compensation under the terms of Article 4.

The tenant retains the lease by paying, as a deposit 25% of the rental or __euros, certified check or wire transfer. The deposit will be considered forfeit and credited to the rental price, unless the contract is terminated three months before the farms of the lease.

The balance of the rent, a sum of EUR will be paid upon delivery of the keys to taking possession in the rented premises. Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be notified by registered letter. In case of termination the contract, the following shall apply. Less than three months before the scheduled date of arrival. Cancellation by the tenant, the tenant loses the amount paid. Cancellation by the owner: he pays double the amount paid. Except in cases of force majeure as defined by law (death, accident or illness requiring hospitalization of the tenant) 60 days before entering the premises: 20% of the deposit shall be forfeited to benefit of the owner. 30 days before entering the premises: 25% of the deposit must be forfeited to the landlord. Article 3 - Arrival and departure

The tenant is required to report the date and time indicated on this the contract. If you late or postponed arrival, the tenant must notify the owner. In case of no show within 24 hours after the date of arrival, the contract becomes null and the owner can have his furniture. Unless otherwise agreed between the landlord and tenant, it will leave no later than the date and time indicated on this the contract. Rules:

Rates are subject to change without any prior notice.

The deposit is set at 500 euros, will be paid by the tenant on entry into the premises. This deposit will respond to the loss, with damage to objects, furniture or other. This deposit will be returned after inspection output on departure or within a maximum of 8 days. In case of damage caused by the tenant to the premises and rented, the amount of the deposit will be refunded less the cost of repair or replacement, upon presentation of evidence by the owner, within a maximum period of two months.

This contract is for a rental for 2 people. If the number of tenants exceeds the number specified in the contract, the owner reserves the right to refuse entry to places additional tenants.

Tenants are invited to subscribe an insurance type resort or out of home furniture (see comprehensive home contract) Tenants are required to check with their insurance company. Any claim will be considered only for the duration of the contract if the legal claim by the tenant. Each party agrees to comply and respect the clauses of this contract
