Deposit of 50% at time of reservation, balance due upon arrival. Cancellation Policy: In the unfortunate event that you must cancel,with reasonable notice, we prefer to reschedule your visit to a more convenient date, however, deposits are refundable in the form of a gift certificate for future redemption if you cancel at least 15 days prior to your arrival date, and cancellations must be in writing / email.
If you cancel within these 15 days and your room is not re-rented, the full amount will be charged to your credit card. Rules: Guest is responsible for any item(s) missing from or damaged during visit. Smoking is Prohibited Inside the House ~ Smoking is permitted outside/away from the house.
