Motueka Homestay Bed & Breakfast : Well Away from the Noise of Traffic Motueka Homestay Bed & Breakfast accommodation is an easy walk away from Motueka High Street and central to the Abel Tasman, Kahurangi and Nelson Lakes National Parks. Set in approximately 1.5 acres you can sleep in semi-rural peace, well away from the noise of traffic, and rise refreshed to be greeted by a hearty breakfast and another day in the sunny Nelson region.
Our double bedroom looks over the garden and fields to the mountains of Kahurangi National Park. There is ample space with bedside cabinets and lamps as well as a wardrobe. The room is en-suite with its own private and spacious shower room.
Our twin bedded room has double and single beds, and is also en-suite with a private shower room. Our twin bedded room has double and single beds, and is also en-suite with a private shower room. The double and twin bedrooms are en-suite having bright modern shower rooms with shower cubicle, WC, heated towel rail, hairdryer, towels and toiletries.
Breakfast is served. Continental breakfast or the Kiwi cooked works, your choice. A fruit platter welcomes you on arrival. Rebecca's cuisine is mouthwatering so feel free to ask what's on the menu if you want to eat in. There is a guest lounge where you can recover from tramping or golf, have a complimentary tea or coffee and biscuits, and catch up on world news. Even a fridge to keep your wine chilled.
Guests have a separate entrance way which also gives access to the guest lounge. A complimentary nightcap is sometimes available. Our bed & breakfast has a spacious garden and an extensive patio which traps the sunshine. The guest lounge has a fridge so chill a local Sauvignon Blanc, sit back and let the world go by.
Comfy seating and a relaxing environment - why not have a bar be cue during your holiday? Cook for yourself or arrange with Ian to have one ready for your return from a hard day in the hills or on the golf course. Our spa will ease you gently into the holiday mood or soothe away those tramping aches.
Stretch out and let the bubbles do their thing. At the end of a hard day, relax, chat and watch the sun go down behind the mountains. You might even catch a glimpse of the black swan, paradise ducks, guinea fowl and herons that frequent the Thorp stream, or the pukekos chasing each other around in the neighbouring paddock.
The sea and Motueka sand spit are just a few minutes walk around the corner. The sand spit in particular is interesting for its importance to migrating waders. Five minutes walk in the other direction brings you to Motueka High Street with its galleries, shops, cafés, bars and restaurants. Motueka's 18 hole golf course is close by too, and welcomes visitors. VCR, Beauty Spa on Site, Child Friendly, Satellite TV, In Room Safe, Shower, Lake, Mountain, Patio, Garden View
