Self Catering Villa in Mottola with Mountain View Il Casino Sansonetti is a self-catering 19th century villa with private park and tennis court in Puglia. Ideal for families and groups, for small seminars and workshops.
The vineyards around it were converted into a large garden with a semicircular patio in front of the house and a small circle at the very far end of the garden. Oak trees, pines, cypress, strawberry trees and other Mediterranean species grow in the garden making it a very special green spot.
There is also a small pinewood on one side and a tennis court on the other. The house overlooks the road to Mottola on one side and the garden on the other three sides.
It has thick walls and high vaulted ceilings which make it naturally cool in summer. It consists of a ground floor and another two floors for a total of 300 square meters. All rooms are very spacious and bright, each bedroom has its own private bathroom, there are different common areas which include two living rooms, a TV room, a studio, two dining rooms, a large well-equipped kitchen where the old cooking place has been preserved to maintain the old-time atmosphere.
On the ground floor there is also a small chapel which used to be the place where people from the surrounding areas would gather for mass on Sundays and other religious feasts.
There are 9 bedrooms of which one is on the ground floor, three on the first floor and five on the second floor, a small studio is located on the first floor which has a small sitting corner with two armchairs and a desk with a desk-top PC . Internet facilities are available. Payment Policy: All Rates are in Euros.
It may also be let for 10 guests (ground floor and first floor) in which case the prices are reduced by 30% as follows:
1 may – 27 june €1.050,00/week.
28giugno – 22 august €1.260,00/week.
23 august – 31 october €1.050,00/week.
The above prices are inclusive of utilities, use of equipment and linen (bed and bath linen are changed every week ).
A security deposit of € 500,00 is required in cash at the time of arrival and will be returned in full or deducted of any sum due for damages caused by guests. Rules: The final cleaning and laundry are not included and the cost is €250,00 (ground floor, first and second floor) and €180,00 (ground and first floor).
Mode of payment: 30% at the time of confirmation of booking and balance 15 days prior to date of arrival.
