Jay-Jays Cottage: Charming Bed & Breakfast close to Beaches and Shops Jay-Jays cottage is a 31/2 star 1 bedroom fully self-contained cottage suitable for a couple or a family with two young children. It is situated in a quiet location on the Mornington Peninsula close to beaches and shops.

The cottage has a queen sized bed and 2 singles if required with all linen and towels provided. a bathroom well equipped kitchen, dining, lounge with TV DVD and CD player with a selection of DVD's and CD's, also books and games, washing machine, hairdryer, iron ironing board and a safe.
