We're on a Pacific beach in Guatemala, a lush, green tropical landscape with an inland waterway close to the coast. The bungalow is in a private garden with no close neighbors.

It has a master bedroom, bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs you have an airy loft, and by the pool you have an extra house with bathroom and an attic.

Guatemala is known for its picturesque villages, its ancient ruins and magnificent nature, but did you know that is also has world class beaches? There is a long, unspoilt coastline with surfing waves coming in from the Pacific. The water temperature is 26 centigrades all around the year, and the landscape is lush, tropical green. The river is just one mile inland from the beach, so you can paddle a canoe in the mangrove swamp and swim in the ocean surf on the same day.

You usually have the beach for yourself, and you have a private pool and garden. The bungalow is perfect for a couple, but can also accomodate a family of eight.

Excursions inland, to Antigua, Maya villages or the volcanoes you see on the horizon can be arranged as one day excursions, or you can rent a car and go by yourself.
