Mt Tremblant Luxury Townhouse Ski-In Ski-Out Our townhouse is in the group called L'Heritage situated directly on the mountain in the Domaine de la Foret. L'Heritage is one of the very best townhouse developments in all of Mt Tremblant and has over 2,000 sq ft of living area. Ideally situated on the mountain with easy ski-in/out. Ski home for lunch using Le Chalumeau Trail and access the mountain by skiing down to the Porte du Soleil chairlift. Views out of the front look up onto the Mountain, while southerly views out the living room, dining room and off the balcony look across the valley onto Le Geant golf course with great sunsets.

$500 deposit will be required to hold reservation and will serve as a damage deposit. Returned within 14 days of departure to allow time to inspect premises. Cancellation Policy: A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/ reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. Rules: 1.CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 3 P.M. AND CHECK OUT IS 11 A.M. 2. This is a NON SMOKING townhouse. 3. Pets are NOT permitted. 4. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. 5. DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided: a. No damage is done to townhouse or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. b. No charges are incurred due to pets or services rendered during the stay. c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in refuse containers outside and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. One load of laundry is started. d. All keys are left in the townhouse and the townhouse is left locked. e. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure. f. No linens are lost or damaged. 6. PAYMENT – The total rental rate is required 10 days before arrival. Please make payments in the form of traveler’s checks, bank money orders, cashiers checks or personal checks. The payment is not a damage deposit and is due ten (10) days before your arrival date. 7. CANCELLATIONS – see above 8. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests per townhouse is limited to eight (8) persons. 9. INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate. 10. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE. 11. RATE CHANGES – Rates subject to change without notice. 12. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in. 13. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance. 14. Parking – Parking is limited to two (2) vehicles. 15. STORM POLICY/ ROAD CONDITIONS – No refunds will be given for storms.
