The "LA ROSE DES VENTS" Gite can accommodate up to 8 persons and has an area of 95 m2. This accommodation is situated on the northwestern side of a large building and has a covered terrace. On the ground floor you'll find a living room (with loft) furnished with a double bed; a dining area; kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, 4-burner gas comfort stove with oven, a large refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker and toaster. The bathroom has a shower, sink and separate toilet. On the first floor you will find three spacious bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed plus a private shower and sink! The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed while the third has two single beds. The first floor also has a separate toilet. The accommodation has a spacious terrace and a garden with outdoor furniture and an available BBQ. Pillows, blankets and duvets are available for the beds in the house. All houses are constructed so that maximum privacy is assured. No noise from the neighbors can be heard as special noise walls and floors were used in the construction. Furthermore, all homes have a TV connection receiving French, English and German broadcasts. If you would like to rent a TV, please mention when booking. On site you have access to free WiFi Internet (wireless). This accommodation also makes an ideal lodging for two families or a family with grandparents. In addition, it is possible to reserve a baby package or a linen set.

Getting there
In a gently rolling countryside, between the Dordogne and Lot Rivers, lies the domain of Le Vignale. With an area of 8.5 hectares, it is home to a number of gites (holiday cottages) plus a B & B. In addition to offering wonderful views, all gites have been constructed so that maximum privacy is assured. No noise from the neighbors! (special insulating walls and floors were used in the construction). These gites have been certified as "Grand Comfort" (French standard). This area, also called the "Tuscany of France", offers plenty of opportunity for rest as well as numerous attractions including wonderful Bastille towns, castles and vineyards. For the youth, there are several amusement parks in the area. You can relax by the pool or on your own private terrace, or you can spend your free time cycling or hiking along one of the routes that begin in Le Vignale. This child-friendly holiday park offers the following facilities: a secure pool (14 x 7) with jet stream, ladder and lighting, a pool house and a terrace with sun beds and umbrellas. For children there is playground equipment such as a climbing frame, swings, slide and large trampoline. There is also a table tennis table, jeu-de-boules court and table football. In the spacious common living room you will find a TV, library corner and fireplace. There is a laundry room with 2 washing machines plus an ironing board and iron. There is also a reception area which can provide you with all the information you want regarding this fantastic area. You can also enjoy delicious meals that the owner prepares 3 to 4 nights a week. Monflanquin is about 1075 km from Utrecht.
