Mojacar Playa & beaches : Mojacar Playa has several kilometers of un spoilt beaches, which even in the height of summer are relatively uncrowded. Only a small number of the beaches have life guards and at present Mojacar has two Blue Flag recognized beaches. Due to some recent expenditure the local council has installed four new children's play areas. Some with basket ball courts and football pitch. Playa Cueva del Lobo is one of Mojacar’s more popular beaches.

Diving : We have some of the best coastline for diving in Spain with the cleanest water and interesting dive spots in the whole of the Mediterranean. There are a number of dive schools in the resort offering all levels of tuition. If you have never tried there is no better place than here in Mojacar. One of the oldest dive schools is Indalo Divers situated behind La Gaviota restaurant on the coast road.

Golf : Almeria has at the moment 8 golf coures and if you believe the rumors a few in the planning stage. The closest course is Marina Playa on the coast road to Garrucha. A shorte 9 hole course is also nearby at Cortijo Grande. With Valle de Este and Desert Springs just a short drive away it is an ideal place for golfers.
