Miraflores Penthouse Rooftop Private Terrace Condo Condo is in a perfect location in MiraFlores directly across from the Canadian Embassy. From the private rooftop terrace you can relax and view the city and sunsets. Wonderful restaurants, shopping and ocean within just a few blocks. The Condo is spacious and plenty of privacy with two levels. The Family room, terrace and recreational room provide plenty of comfort. This is a condominium complex and only a few units are rentals. The rest of the units are families. So this is a quiet, safe, and comfortable condo for you to enjoy your stay in Peru.
It is a three-bedroom condominium on the 11th floor. Being a duplex, on the main level you will find the living and dinning room, balcony, kitchen, three bedrooms (master bedroom with bath) and another full bath. On the upper level, there is a TV/Family room, the laundry area with washer and dryer, another full bath, a game room and the terrace with beautiful views of the city and the ocean. The terrace is our favorite place to relax, BBQ, watch the sunset over conversation and a glass of wine and enjoy the company of friends.
Fully equipped eat-in kitchen with brand new appliances: stove, hood, refrigerator, microwave oven. You can enjoy your take out meals or cook your favorite dishes. We provide dishes, glasses and silver ware enough for six people. You will also find all kinds of kitchen gadgets and small appliances such as coffee maker, juice extractor, blender, rice cooker and pots and pans.
We provide two local cell phones, and magic jack phone for free incoming and outgoing calls to US and Canada. We give you a US phone number that connects through the magic jack system and internet to give you free calls when connected to the laptop at the apartment or your laptop. Plus, Free internet. Near Beach, Shower, Washer/Dryer, Terrace, Balcony The airport is a good 30 min. ride from Miraflores. If needed, We have a local trusted person that can pick you up from the airport for a fee.

Pay through credit card or Paypal. $35 end of stay cleaning fee, and $150 refundable security/damage deposit.Depending on the booking date and occupancy a 20% deposit is required, and a payment schedule will be determined. Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of 1 nights rent. For cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 30 days prior to arrival there is a fee of 50% of rental amount. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is advised. Rules: Smoking permitted only on open air rooftop terrace.
