Beautiful One Bedroom Apartment in the Heart of Miraflores Welcome to our beautiful apartment in "Avenida Gonzalez Prada", close to "El Parque Kennedy" in the Heart of Miraflores. The apartment is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. You are welcome to go to the nearby markets and restaurants or go for stroll to all the attractions that are nearby; like Larcomar, Casinos, restaurants and all the nightlife that Miraflores offers.
The apartment has local phone, wireless internet, cable, 32” flat screen , stereo system in the living room, full kitchen, and all the amenities in a deluxe apartment. The building itself is an 80 year old historical landmark building with 24 hour security. The place is a perfect bachelor pad, or for a family with a small kid.
Miraflores is the tourist district of Lima, has a modern infrastructure, highlighting the malls, streets tidy and safe. Its green areas are comfortable and calm and has a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean. The residents of Miraflores are very attentive to visitors, you can walk calmly in Miraflores.
Miraflores is one of the nicest cities in Lima its streets lined with cafes, restaurants and bars. It is the major tourist area of the city and is the main focus of Lima's action and nightlife. The suburb's central focus is Kennedy Park or Central Park at the end of the Avenida Arequipa, which has a good craft and antiques markets in the evening.
Famous for its malecón (ocean front) as well as nice beaches that make Miraflores one of the best resorts places in Peru. This district offers an impressive assortment of shopping, cultural centers, pubs, casinos and fine restaurants. Miraflores is dynamic, very vibrant, safe and well organized place to visit in Lima.

Deposit and Method Of Payment:
- It is required that the Client (you) will have to leave a Security Deposit that will act as a guarantee against damages.
- This security deposit it is fully refundable if there is no breakages to the apartment, premises or to the appliances.
- There is a reservation deposit fee of $150.00 this money will serve Mirafores apartment, Peru to hold you apartment and will go also towards the security deposit.
- The rent is paid in full at the time of arrival.
