Apartment in the Grounds of a Venetian - Villa of 18th Century Small holiday apartments for rent all year round, in the grounds of a historical Italian villa a few kilometers from Venice. Villa Pastori is situated in the commune of Mira, on the Brenta Riviera, midway between Venice (12.5 miles / 20 km) and Padua (14 miles / 22 km), both easily reached by car or public transport. The villa has a large well-equipped garden and internal parking. The apartments are the result of a careful restructuring of the farm outbuildings attached to an 18th century villa, occupied on a part-time basis by the owners. Payment Policy:
All rates are in Euros.
A deposit of two night’s rent is due within 10 business days from the day of booking.
Full payment is due at the arrival.
Money orders and Paypal are accepted forms of payment.
A damage deposit of $200 will be returned on the day of departure if there are no damages. Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
Smoking is not permitted in the house. Smoking is permitted on the back deck or front porch.
