Home on the Park This raised ranch bungalow is situated 20 miles west of Toronto with close access to highways and beside the countryside. A car rental is necessary to get to your destinations.It's a great location to relax in your private pool with slide after your many activities. The trampoline is available for those who need more exercise. Shopping is across the street. Rail service and GO bus into Toronto is within walking distance. The surrounding countryside has quaint villages where local Mennonites sell their quilts; the Lion Safari that is famous for its interactive drive through is 10 minutes away. There is horse racing and gambling at Mohawk Raceway and Casino; horseback riding in local forests: snow skiing/boarding, hiking, biking (there are 2 childrens and 2 adult bikes) and rock climbing in the nearby Halton Conservation Authority; fishing in the local waterways. The Town of Milton has indoor ice skating year round, bring your skates. Within an hours drive are Niagara Falls and the forts and shops of Niagara-on-the-Lake.
