For all renting of a minimum period of 3 weeks in the same month, the 4th week (in the same month) is gratuitous (except July and August) according to availabilities' (Contact Proprietress) , in this case the tenants should liberate the renting Friday of the 4th week for 11 hours. A deposit of 310 euros or 450 euros, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay if no damage has been done, is also required.
