Payment Policy: All Rates are in US Dollars.
We accept payment via VISA, MasterCard, banker's cheque or wire transfer. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of all monies paid, unless the property can be re-rented at the full rate. No shortened stays are allowed, re-booking may be considered by our Owner. Inclement Weather: No refunds will be given unless the Government orders a Mandatory Hurricane Evacuation. Starting on that day, we will refund any unused portion of the rent from a guest currently registered or any advanced rents collected for reservations where flights cannot land on Barbados, only until the Ban has been lifted. Rules: 5% Service Charge and 7.5% Value Added Tax.
