Our 2 bedroom condo rental in Maunaloa, Hawaii is beautifully arranged with two queen-size beds and double bed and can cozily accommodate upto four people. The interior of the apartment has a blended touch of modern and ancient design. You will love to cook your meals and suppers in our fully equipped kitchen. There is an excellent provision for barbeque as our retreat has access to community gas barbecue as well . This is Highway 460. Before you turn right, set your odometer to ‘0’. You will travel 7.9 miles on Highway 460 West. After traveling for about 20-25 minutes. You will pass mile marker 14 (green sign on right) and eventually you will see a side road sign then a bit further some signage pointing to Kaluakoi / Paniolo Hale. This is the first right. Turn right and travel downhill for 4.0 miles. Travel carefully down this road as there are many deer. You will see a two storey condo complex on your right. Turn right just as you immediately pass the condos. Drive a short distance then turn right into Ke Nani Kai. Drive straight and just as you come to a tree in the center of the road, park in the parking lot on your right.

Payment Policy: All Rates are in US Dollars.
Nightly rate is $175 plus Hawaii tax of 13.42%, based on a maximum of four persons occupying unit.
First night’s deposit plus tax is required at time of booking.
Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. If arrival date is within 90 days, payment in full is due at time of booking.
One time cleaning fee ($125 for two persons or $150 for four persons) and a refundable $250 security deposit is calculated in the total rental amount. Security deposit is fully refunded upon an inspection of the unit performed on day of departure.
Payment in the form of a personal check or using PayPal’s check program. Cancellation Policy: A minimum 90 day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations that are made less than 90 days of the arrival date, forfeit 100% loss of paid rental amounts unless property is re-booked for the same period and at the same rate of the initial booking. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. Always protect yourself with travel insurance. Rules: House Rules, Complex Map and Condo Guidelines will be emailed to guest in advance of arrival. This is a non-smoking and non pet envrionment.
