Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars. RESERVATION DEPOSIT- a reservation deposit equal to 5 nights rental for high season (December 19 - April, July and August) and received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation if reserving with a check. A low season booking requires 3 nights rental deposit. The deposit is applied toward rent. If reservation is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be taken upon booking otherwise is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation Policy: CANCELLATIONS – A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date will forfeit 25% of the reservation deposit: within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit 50% of the reservation deposit. No refunds will be given for unused portions of your stay. Rules: Rates are subject to change without notice. maximum 10 occupants No Smoking No pets $500 refundable security deposit TAT and GET taxes of 13.25% for nightly rental Cleaning fee $200
