The estate consists of two units, the main house and the Saracen tower. The main house is spread over several levels, connected by a staircase made of peperino stone (lavic stone). This staircase leads to the first floor and to a large terrace covered with a pergola, which is equipped with a marble table for outdoor dining. An outside staircase leads to a solarium-terrace with deck chairs, tables, sofas, armchairs and miniature Jacuzzi for 4-6 people (can be heated); from this part of the house you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the gulf, and also see the slopes of Vesuvius. The villa offers many equipped outdoor areas amid olive trees in the garden, or in the large covered patio, where there is a characteristic fountain and a pizza oven. Its position is ideal to spend a relaxing holiday and to visit the Sorrento Coast: Sorrento (7 km), Positano (21 m), Amalfi (36 km), Ravello (42 km), the beautiful island of Capri or Ischia, known for its beauty treatments inside the thermal baths.
