Luxury Villa with Comfortable Accommodation With ample comfortable accommodation for up to 8 people, La Chouette is the perfect holiday setting for a large family or, perhaps, two families sharing. Built to the highest standard, the villa has a spacious open-plan design, featuring a combined lounge, dining room and American-style kitchen, together with four large and well-equipped bedrooms and two bathrooms. The décor includes vaulted pine beamed ceilings in the living areas and ceramic tiled floors and natural wood finishes throughout. Furniture is (mostly) by Ikea, with extensive equipment and appliances and original oil paintings in every room.

The villa incorporates its own secluded garden and terrace (equipped with dining table and chairs, sun loungers and a gas barbecue) and benefits from shared access to a leisure complex that includes a swimming pool (in a walled compound with child-safe gates), a games room with snooker, darts etc, a 5 metre trampoline, a table tennis table, and a selection of adults and kids bikes.
