Payment Policy: Rates are in Euros. Prices are for renting the trullo per week, regardless of the number of guests staying. A deposit of 25% is payable to confirm your booking. Full payyment is required at least four weeks prior to your holiday. A damage deposit of 100 Euros is mandatory with the final booking fee. This will be refunded within 2 weeks of vacating the property, subject of course to any damage. Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of 50.00 Euros. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised. Rules: Rates are subject to change without any prior notice.
