Our Charming Trullo with 10 x 5m Private Pool is in a Cherry Orchard The Cherry Tree Trullo has its own private pool and is situated in Puglia, the heel of Italy. Near Martina Franca in the quiet, unspoilt countryside of the Valle d'Itria, a relaxing holiday awaits you. The Cherry Tree trullo was constructed in 1903 and has 8 cones (conical rooftops). It is found at the end of a lane, 15 min drive from Alberobello, Martina Franca and Locorotondo.
The trullo is set in the middle of a 3.7 acre cherry orchard, interspersed with olive, almond and a walnut tree and completely surrounded by a dry stone wall. You can relax in the shade of the pergola or on the sun loungers beside the pool. Roman steps lead into the private 5 x 10m pool which has a shallow end of 1.00m and a deep end of 2.20m. Renovated in May 2007 the trullo provides superb accommodation for up to 5 people. A relaxing, peaceful holiday awaits you.
The trullo has an open plan living area and is equipped with Satellite TV, DVD, CD and MP3 players, oven, hob, fridge, washing-machine, ironing-board, iron and a hairdryer. We will provide a survival hamper on your arrival if required. The Cherry Tree Trullo operates a non-smoking policy. Baby-sitting can be arranged. As we are resident in the area we are on hand to offer assistance/advice should it be required. No Smoking, Safe Swimming Beach, No Pets Allowed, Flat Screen TV, Secluded, Near Water Park, Washing Machine Only, Shower, Babysitting Available, Terrace, Kitchenette, Gas Stove, Outdoor Shower, Near Beach, DVD Library, Private Charcoal Barbecue, Private Outdoor Pool, Private Bathroom, Golf, Patio Bari and Brindisi Airports are 70 minutes drive. A car is essential to enjoy the surrounding area.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 8 weeks prior to arrival, there is a fee of the deposit only. For cancellation less than 8 weeks prior to arrival, the fee is deposit + 20% of balance. For cancellation less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, the fee is deposit + 40% of balance. For cancellation less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, the fee is deposit + 60% of balance. For cancellation less than 2 weeks prior to arrival, the fee is deposit + 80% of balance. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 1 week prior to arrival. It is strongly recommended that you take out adequate travel insurance. Please read your policy details carefully.
