Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars. An advance payment of 20% of the rental rate is required. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. Please make payments in the form of traveler's checks, bank money orders, cashier’s checks or personal checks payable to Paul Sivak. We accept credit card payments Visa, MasterCard and Discover. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due thirty (30) days before your arrival date. 10% Florida Tax and $85 Cleaning are Extra. Cancellation Policy: A ninety (90) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. If a cancellation occurs with less than a ninety (90) day notice, no refund will be issued unless unit is re-rented. We make every effort to rebook; however, if the unit is not rebooked, you forfeit all monies paid. If a cancellation is successfully re-rented, all the rent and taxes will be refunded less a $75 cancellation fee. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. Rules: Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
