Situated at waterfront, our vacation cottage in Maple Lake, Canada, is an ideal hideaway for you to spend a couple of days with your loved ones. This four bedroom retreat is spacious enough to accommodate up to 15 vacationers. The bedrooms have three single beds, a king-size bed, two queen-size beds, and three double beds. If you love to cook your own meals, you will find the fully equipped kitchen matching up to your requirements.
To keep you entertained, our cottage has TV and satellite TV. The deck offers splendid lake views. Snuggle up by the cozy fireplace during the winter months with someone special or just chit chat with your group while sipping your favorite drinks. There is a provision for barbequing as well. Payment Policy: All rates are in CAD Dollar.
Holiday Rate - $600
You will remit thirty three percent (33%) of the total rent plus the administrative fee, Accidental Damage Waiver, and GST at the time of booking. The balance shall be payable thirty (30) days prior to occupancy.
All payments shall be made to All-Season Cottage Rentals Inc. by valid credit card, cheque, email money transfer, or money order. There will be a $30.00 penalty if the balance owing is not paid to the company a full 30 days prior to occupancy.
If any cheques are returned as N.S.F. or for any other reason, an administrative charge in an amount of fifty dollars ($50.00) is payable. Cancellation Policy: If All-Season is successful in re-booking the holiday accommodation for the entire period originally booked, it shall refund all monies paid (whether by deposit or otherwise) less a cancellation fee of $200.00 per period booked.
If All-Season only succeeds in re-booking the holiday accommodation for a portion of the period originally booked, it shall refund such portion of the monies paid that relates to the period re-booked, less a cancellation fee of $200.00 per period booked. Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
