ref 5404 Gardener’s Cottage is a charming and comfortable end-terraced cottage in the Snowdonia village of Manod. The cottage has a bed on a mezzanine level which can be offered as a twin or a super king-size double, and there is also a double on the ground floor with doors out to the garden. The bathroom has a double ended bath. The living accommodation comprises a fitted kitchen with a dining area, and a sitting room with a woodburning stove in an Inglenook fireplace. Outside, as well as off road parking for a couple of cars, there is a lawned garden with patio area. With walks close by, the coast in easy reach and of course, the spectacular Snowdonia scenery all around, Gardener’s Cottage makes a lovely year-round base for walkers, family or friends.

Full gas central heating, additional heating from woodburner in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, combi TV/DVD, radio/cassette. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Additional wood can be purchased from owner who lives close by. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Rear off road parking for 2 cars. Rear lawned garden with patio, furniture, BBQ and wonderful mountain views. Two dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles. Pub 8 mins walk. Note: Cottage has side and rear wheelchair access and ground floor is suitable for a wheelchair. No Telephone, No Smoking, No Washer/Dryer, Parking Available, Twin Bed, No Dishwasher, Child Friendly, Crib, Double Bed

Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Sat'.
